Coaching & Mentoring
Developmental coaching and mentoring increases your capacity to take effective action, while engaging you in creating new possibilities for now and the future.
With the coach or mentor as your sounding board and thinking partner, the aim is to inspire, empower, support and challenge you. You will be guided towards new levels of development and opportunities.
In a safe, professional and confidential environment, you will go on a journey of self-discovery. You will be empowered to go beyond your current boundaries of confidence and ability. Adults learn most readily by reflecting and sharing. Together with Pamela, you will explore some of the patterns and themes of limiting self beliefs. By understanding these patterns and limitations, you will be able to overcome them.
What is the difference between coaching, mentoring and counselling?
Coaching is about the here and now and identifying any changes required to move forward. It helps develop skills, raise competencies and can change behaviour patterns.
Mentoring is always firmly fixed on the future. The mentoring relationship will help you to explore options for the future and to establish a vision. Challenging you in both your professional and personal life, a mentor will guide and challenge you to in overcoming any resistance to reach those goals.
Counselling looks at the past and how it may be holding you back from moving forward. It will build your self awareness and overcome any psychological barriers, obstacles or traumas that may be getting in the way and affecting your daily performance and success.

What does Heart & Soul Unlimited specialise in?
Heart & Soul Unlimited provides coaching and mentoring services: we like to think of it as positive psychology coaching. We do not provide counselling services. We would recommend that you talk with your GP or a Health Professional to find a counsellor to suit you.
If you would like to know what experiences other people had with Heart & Soul, read our client testimonials.
If you like what you hear, contact us to set up a first meeting. If you decide not to go ahead with the programme, you will not be charged for the initial session.
