"I started Heart & Soul Unlimited" my Ponsonby based Coaching and Mentoring Consultancy in September 2005. It is not a coincidence that I work in this wonderful location. Ponsonby's eclectic vibrancy resonates with my zest for life and all things good.

I approach coaching and mentoring from a holistic perspective: I focus on all the various areas and aspects of your life, with a view to creating a powerful work-life balance. I combine my professional expertise with an open, warm and approachable manner which readily builds trust and rapport.

My method has developed from my professional and personal experience, and from my University degree and professional career, which has focused on understanding people dynamics.

At a professional level, I focus on positive psychology that promotes happiness. On a heart and soul level, I focus on co-creating a vibrant life that you love and can live with vitality, passion and purpose.

In 1998, I completed a Social Science Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Waikato University. After this, I worked in a consulting role for KPMG Personnel Resources.

In my career as a consultant, I dealt with a wide and varied client group from small to large employers and a diverse range of individual professions. This experience allows me a great understanding of personal and career-related issues.

I am committed to continuous education and am furthering both my personal and professional development with specific Coaching & Mentoring training. With this focus on training I ensure the highest and up-to-date standards of service, ethics and professionalism.
